Although googling Doctor yields 1000’s of examples and I believe that there no longer exists a hierarchy in the idea, definition or example of a “doctor”, I do believe that there is a universal familiarity in a variety of doctor icons. The background is made up of 36 well known Doctors from history, science and pop culture. Some of these references include Dr. Hawkeye Pierce, Dr. Seuss, Spin Doctor, Dr. Ruth, Dr. Kevorkian, Dr. Doom, Dr. Octopus, Dr. Know, Witch Doctor, Dr. Pepper, Kiss, Dr. Evil, apple, Dr. Zhivago, Dr. No, Dr. Honeydew,  Dr. No, and 19 more.

Marilyn Monroe, born Norma Jeane Mortenson; June 1, 1926 – August 4, 1962) was an American actress, model, and singer. Famous for playing comedic "blonde bombshell" characters, she became one of the most popular sex symbols of the 1950s and early 1960s and was emblematic of the era's changing attitudes towards sexuality. Monroe was born and raised in Los Angeles. She spent most of her childhood in foster homes and an orphanage and married at age 16. She was working in a factory as part of the war effort during World War II when she met a photographer from the First Motion Picture Unit and began a successful pin-up modeling career. She was a top-billed actress for only a decade, but her films grossed $200 million by the time of her death in 1962. More than half a century later, she continues to be a major popular culture icon.

A double meaning referencing both Charles (portrait comprised of red vines and hot tamales suggesting he is burning in hell, and Marilyn Manson referenced by Title.

Marilyn Manson: Brian Hugh Warner (born January 5, 1969), known professionally as Marilyn Manson, is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, actor, director, visual artist, and former music journalist. He is known for his controversial stage personality and image as the lead singer of the band of the same name, which he co-founded with guitarist Daisy Berkowitz in 1989 and of which he remains the only constant member. Like the other founding members of the band, his stage name was formed by combining and juxtaposing the names of two opposing American cultural icons a sex symbol and a serial killer, in Manson's case, actress Marilyn Monroe and criminal Charles Manson.
Charles Manson: Charles Milles Manson; ( November 12, 1934 – November 19, 2017) was an American criminal and cult leader. In mid-1967, he formed what became known as the "Manson Family", a quasi-commune based in California. His followers committed a series of nine murders at four locations in July and August 1969. According to the Los Angeles County district attorney, Manson plotted to start a race war, though he and others disputed this motive. In 1971, he was convicted of first-degree murder for the deaths of seven people.

The synthesis of this Pop Data creates the portrait of a new Icon:

      Doctor. Marilyn. Manson.
